Your step-by-step guide to completing your 55Max Bespoke Order
You can buy any one of our bespoke products straight away online or by calling us to place your order over the phone. Alternatively you may have bought one of our Bespoke Gift Order Boxes through a retailer or even be lucky enough to have been given one as a present!
This guide tells you how to submit your chosen images, details about our bespoke designing and proofing service and how long the whole process will take.
Step 1 - Select your photos
Firstly, you will need to select all of your favourite images, memorabilia and artwork. Each 55Max Bespoke product gives you a maximum number of images allowed but you can have less!
Step 2 - Send us your photos
You can send us the images/memorabilia/artwork in a variety of ways, using just one method or a combination of methods.
ONLINE UPLOAD
Log in using your unique order number and email address.
If you have a 55Max Gift Order Box then you will find this number on the order form in a pink box in the top left corner. If you have ordered online this number will be emailed to you.
Don’t worry if you can’t do your upload all at once, your images will be stored until you complete your order.

EMAIL
You can also email the images to us at order@55maxbespoke.com remembering to quote your unique order number in the subject header.
POST
You can send any originals and hard copies, discs or USB sticks via post – we strongly advise sending to us registered post!

Please remember to quote your unique order number with any correspondence and feel free to combine any of the above methods. Once we have received your images we will contact you and confirm how you would like to receive your proof design.
Step 3 - Design
Please provide details of any amendments or suggestion you would like our designers to follow such a turning a colour image into black and white or using a particular image as the centre piece. Our designers will intuitively crop an image, adjust and correct redeye.
Step 4 – Proofing
Once you have sent all your images we will contact you by email or phone to confirm that we have received your images and will be starting your design. Please feel free to communicate with our designers by email or phone at any point. A proof of your design will be sent by email or post within 7 days.
Step 5 – Delivery
Once you have approved the design and any amendments have been made, the final bespoke product will be sent out by our couriers within 21 days and your hard copy photographs will follow by registered post. If you have simply ordered a Bespoke Order Box please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
